Retired Philly Police Captain Wears His Uniform at Independence Hall Protest

Ray Lewis—the 60-year-old former captain in the Philadelphia Police Department who was arrested during an Occupy Wall Street demonstration—was protesting with Occupy Philly today at Independence Hall. Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey wrote a letter to Lewis back in November to tell him not to wear the uniform during protests. [Washington Post]
