Police Commissioner Ramsey Gives Update on Dungeon Case
Police and Commission Ramsey to speak following Mayor Nutter at City Hall
After Mayor Nutter’s 3 p.m. announcement at City Hall, Police Commissioner Ramsey and others involved will issue on the Northeast Philly Dungeon Case. As of earlier today, a total of four arrests have been made and 10 youths had been taken into custody after four mentally challenged adults were discovered in captivity in a sub-basement. Police also tracked down a missing 15-year-old girl from Florida who is linked to the case. [Twitter]
