The folks at PlanPhilly and former Philadelphia Inquirer beat reporter Patrick Kerkstra (who’s also a Philly Mag and Philly Post contributor) have teamed up to create a special report that includes a map of tax delinquent properties in the city. The special report was released earlier this week and was part of what led to Philly’s Fire Commissioner Lloyd Ayers to paying more than $1,000 in back taxes. [PlanPhilly]
