Mike Patterson Has a Brain Condition

Eagles defensive tackle Mike Patterson suffered a seizure at training camp yesterday. Initial reports indicated that dehydration and the  heat and humidity were probably the root of the problem. But, that is not the case as doctors have diagnosed Patterson with a brain AVM. The condition is generally treatable—sometimes without surgery—but his return to the team isn’t expected immediately.
