Happy Friday, fit fam! We made it. I don’t know about you, but this has been a week packed with holiday-related celebrations, and for that reason, sticking to my health goals has been so much harder. No joke, the likelihood that I eat pizza goes up by like 674 percent every time I have an alcoholic beverage.

That said, here are some ways to stay on target to live your healthiest, happiest life this weekend in Philly — even if you’ve got some festive get-togethers in the work. Have fun!

HIT THE TOWN As I mentioned above, alcohol can lower your inhibitions to things like, say, late-night pizza. But if you’re trying to avoid alcohol this holiday season, that doesn’t mean you need to peace out on all the parties. There are actually a lot of bars in Philly with non-alcoholic beverages on the menu; check out our list of them here, then get on that group text and make some plans!

WORKOUT FOR FREE If you keep an eye out, there are actually a ton of places to catch free workouts around Philly on a regular basis. On Saturday, December 15, Charge Performance and Wellness is hosting a free mace training boot camp (think: swinging giant, heavy, ancient-weapon-inspired equipment over your head like a badass) at 10 a.m. their Christian Street studio. Alternatively, head to Athleta on Walnut Street for a free 9 a.m. body weight workout with The PrivatGym.

UNWIND The Fairmount Park Horticulture Center’s annual winter yoga series is back, and you can join a class for just $15. The hour-long class (which will end with an extra-long savasana — hooray!) starts at 1 p.m. on Sunday, December 16. Bring your own mat and towel, and be prepared to soak up all the warmth and greenery goodness. Register here.

SKATE It’s officially skating season, and there are a ton of spots to lace up and hit the ice around Philly. There are even a few places that’ll let you take to the rink for free with a skate rental! Not sure where to go? Here’s our guide to all the many, many ice skating spots around Philly and the ‘burbs.

TASTE TEST OG Philly juicery, Sip-N-Glo, just released a new CBD-infused juice called Glo Easy. It’s bright pink, fruity, and available at their three shops around town. Here’s what we thought of it — tag #bewellphoto and us know what you think!
