Not only do you get in a free workout at the hgAthletics series, you'll also now get credit to spend on Honeygrow meals.

If the summer heat has slowed your drive to exercise, we’ve got some new motivation for you. Through Honeygrow’s new check-in system on their app, you can now earn credits for attending the brand’s pop-up fitness events. Um, YES, please.

Honeygrow’s ongoing event series, dubbed hgAthletics, has been popping up for workouts at Cira Green, Bok Bar, and Yards Brewing Co. all summer. While scoring a free workout feels like a win in and of itself, the quick, healthy chain now wants to reward attendees with store credit to spend on their fresh salads and stir-fries.

Here’s how it’ll work: You’ll RSVP to an event, show up (bring your mat to yoga!), and check-in using their app and a custom QR code upon arrival. Once you’ve checked in, you’ll get $3 to spend on Honeygrow added to your account. Oh, and if you haven’t ever used the app before, you’ll get a free $5 added just for joining. (Yeah, I know, we can’t believe it either.)

Honeygrow’s next yoga event is slated for Wednesday, August 15, at Cira Green at 6:30 p.m., and it’ll be followed by a raffle for some fun goodies. Additionally, Angelena MinnitihgAthletics’s new will be leading a group run on August 28, starting and ending at Honeygrow’s 16th Street location. Spots are going fast for yoga, and there are only 20 RSVPs available for the group run, so we recommend you snag a spot, stat. Sign up for yoga here and the run here.

Happy sweating — and eating!
