Yes, Please! Do Puppy Yoga for a Good Cause in Fishtown

Spend a Saturday afternoon at Amrita getting TONS of puppy kisses (and a solid stretch, too!).

They say that the holiday season is all about the giving, but it’s important that you don’t forget about yourself in the process. To help keep you centered and focused on the joy this, Fishtown’s Amrita Yoga and Wellness is hosting puppy yoga classes on Saturday, December 9th, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting the Morris Animal Refuge. Insert ALL the happy squeals here.

Here’s what you need to know: There will actually be two hourlong puppy yoga sessions on the 9th — one at 1:30 p.m. and the other at 3:30 p.m. at Amrita’s studio at 1204 Frankford Avenue in Fishtown. Grab your spot here ASAP because each class can only hold 35 yogis, and you better believe they fill up fast, especially when puppies are involved.

Gather up your friends and spend a Saturday afternoon at Amrita getting TONS of puppy kisses (and a solid stretch, too!).
