As we told you guys last week, Northern Liberties’ Ploome is hosting a pretty sweet (and free!) 30-day virtual workout challenge, the #HomeSchooled Virtual Workout Challenge. The idea is this: You do one 25-minute virtual workout every day for 30 days. Easy, right? And lucky for all of you who are late to the party, you can jump in on the challenge whenever you’d like.
As we told you guys, we’ll be previewing the workouts here each week throughout the challenge.
