Pssst: This Is When Solidcore’s First Philly Studio Will Open

Plus, details on their second area studio. Hint: They’re headed to the suburbs.

Well, my friends, we’ve been waiting with bated breath for quite some time now to hear exactly when Solidcore, a D.C.-based fitness studio that’s bringing its workout to Philly, would be opening the doors to its first studio in our neck of the woods. And now we have the answer: Solidcore’s first Philly-area studio will be opening at 725 Chestnut Street on Saturday, September 10th. Get ready to be VERY sore, folks. (Like, tempted-to-call-your-mom-and-demand-she-come-take-care-of-you sore.)

Grand opening festivities for the studio, which puts your muscles to the test with a slow-paced 50-minute workout done on a reformer-like machine, are still being hashed out. But one thing you can count on is class-package deals for new clients. You can check out the opening-weekend schedule for the Chestnut Street studio here. And if you want in, snag a spot stat — there are only 14 machines per class.

And for all you suburbanites out there, you won’t be missing out for too long: According to Solidcore’s website, they have a Bryn Mawr studio coming your way — to 915 West Lancaster Avenue, to be exact — in October.
