Blueberry chia pecan parfaits and quinoa fried rice, here you come: Snap Kitchen, the health-focused grab-and-go spot that opened its first two Philly locations in Old City and on Callowhill Street earlier this month, officially opened the doors to their Rittenhouse location this past weekend.

Located on the corner of 19th and Chestnut Street, the shop offers up a slew of cold-pressed juices, grab-and-go meals and snacks that are oh-so-helpfully labeled as gluten-free, vegan, Paleo, and so on. In other words, it’s your new favorite oh-crap-I-forgot-to-pack-lunch spot. The chain plans to open four more locations around Philly within the year.

They’ll be open until 9 p.m. today if you want to swing through and check ‘em out for yourself. And if you’re smart, you’ll grab a Spicy Basil Lemonade. Just trust us.
