I think it’s safe to say, I’ve eaten avocado toast for at least one third of my meals since I was 15 years old. What can I say? I’m a creature of habit. If you, too, tend to limit your avocado intake to loads of avocado toast (and the occasional bite of guacamole), then it’s time for you — and me! — to switch it up already.

This week, we bring you five recipes that are chock-full of avocado, and all the good stuff that comes along with it: a good dose of healthy fats, vitamins C, E, K, and B6, and more. And not a single one of these recipes is for avocado toast. Happy eating, people!
