Free Classes at Never Give Up Training This Week
Manayunk’s Never Give Up Training is ringing in its two-year anniversary in style by hosting a slew of free classes at the gym this week. Yes, please!
Here’s what the free class schedule looks like: You can try their 50/50 workout (half cardio and endurance, half strength and muscle conditioning) Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and Thursday at 5:30 p.m.; they’ll have a 30-minute express version of their 50/50 class on Friday at 5:30 a.m.; and you can catch a 30-minute express version of their ab-centric workout at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday and 5:30 p.m. next Monday.
The classes are open to old members and first-timers alike, and they’ll also be offering discounts on class packages to all new members all week long. Class space is limited, so just make sure to reserve your spot here.
