What: Sweet Sausage Pizza
Where: Georgio on Pine
You can’t go wrong with a classic sausage pie. This pizza’s chewy crust, a rarity among gluten-free pies, has no trouble holding up the hefty layer of sausage and sweet green peppers on top.
1328 Pine Street, Center City, 215-545-6265.

What: Florentine Pizza
Where: Tomato Bistro
Parmesan, mozzarella, ricotta, oh my! This flavorful blend of cheeses pairs perfectly with the light, thin crust. And the unexpected hint of lemon zest drove our tasters’ taste buds wild.
102 Rector Street, Manayunk, 215-483-2233.

What: Truffle Pizza
Where: Slice
Our tasters loved that this crust was thin and crisp without being flimsy. But the toppings—portabella mushrooms, artichokes and truffle oil—are what really stole the show.
