Do This: Explore Philly Parks with Guided Hikes This Fall

The folks over at the Fairmount Park Conservancy are cooking up something pretty cool this fall. In addition to the group runs exploring the trails of the Belmont Plateau, they’re organizing guided group hikes in four Philly parks in October and November.

Check out the schedule:

Sunday, October 5th: Wissahickon Valley with Brad Maule
Saturday, October 18th: Haddington Woods in Cobbs Creek Park with Luke Rhodes
Saturday, October 25th: East Fairmount Park with Eric Dolaway
Sunday, November 2nd: Wissahickon Valley with Brad Maule

All hikes begin at 10 a.m.; they vary in length and are appropriate for all hiking levels. Bring your own water, but KIND bars will be provided. The hikes are free to members and $10 for everyone else.
