To Do This Weekend: YogaRocksLive at the Blockley
Okay, so track with me on this one. Tomorrow night Allie Conover and Nicole Cucinotta are hosting a yoga class/rock concert as part of YogaRocksLive, their yoga/live music mashup initiative that raises money for local charities. The event includes an all-levels power vinyasa class and a double-header show with New Orleans-based band the Revivalists and Connecticut-based band Kung Fu—all at the Blockley. The bar will be open (natch) and serving up Vitacoco cocktails.
Tickets are $30 and a portion of proceeds go to Girls Rock Philly, an organization that leverages music as a means for mentorship. Get your tickets here.
