Cooling temperatures mean it’s time to pull out your jeans again. To avoid potential muffin-top trauma, check out the Get Fit For Fashion Open House at Bailine Body Sculpting on September 21st.

The Bailine program is an alternative way to tighten and tone. During a 30-minute session, a therapist send electronic impulses through the body, causing muscles to contract and relax. It’s not get-out-of-jail-free card, though; clients are encouraged to exercise and clean up their diet in order to see results.

Interested? Open House attendees will hear co-owners Marianne Torhus and Lisbet Drivdahl offer tips for reducing cellulite, targeting problem areas, boosting metabolism and building muscle. They’ll also be treated to light snacks and cocktails, plus two complimentary Bailine sessions at their women-only studio.

The event is part of the Philadelphia Collection, a twelve-day series calling attention to Philly as a “fashion destination.” Check out more of their events and get more info on Bailine’s Open House here.

Free, September 21st, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., Bailine Body Sculpting, 1500 Walnut Street, Suite 1820, http://bailinepa.com/
