Barre Boot Camp, a Thursday night class at Thrive Pilates, combines Pilates and barre work in one boot-camp-style session, promising varied exercises that sculpt you all over and work up a sweat. You’ll use resistance bands, weights, yoga mats and, of course, the ballet barre in this fast-paced 45-minute workout. It’s a great way to get your heart pumping while building core strength and flexibility. Drop-ins welcome.
