If the snowy, ice-covered streets and sub-zero temps have chased you indoors, I have good news: Group treadmill classes, like the four below, are popping up around town. Indoor Running
Get up early for this 6 a.m., 60-minute Monday class with Shannon. It’s designed to kick-start a new runner’s program as well as keep pros in shape during the long winter months.

Wonder Trek
Join Holly on Mondays from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. for this cardio-weights combo class. You’ll test speed on both the treadmill and indoor mini-track, build quad strength with lunges, squats and high-incline intervals on the treadmill, and build strength with lots of plyometrics and kettlebell work. Tread Run

Tred Training
