The Inaugural Philly Mag Restaurant Club Dinner at Fork

Great room, great food, great fun! On Monday, March 9th, 20 adventuresome foodies from all over the area joined Philadelphia magazine’s Ashley Primis for our first-ever Restaurant Club dinner. Fork owner Ellen Yin and new chef Terence Feury outdid themselves with a four-course prix fixe — highlight: 24-hour roast veal breast accompanied by housemade boudin blanc and boudin noir, with roast vegetables and sauerkraut — served in a candlelit private room.
