The Barnes Foundation has announced a new event, Friday Nights at The Barnes, a swanky way to kick off your weekend.

From now through September 19th, art aficionados can head to the museum from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays for special evening hours, where you can peruse the collections at your leisure while indulging in cocktails and witty conversation inside the expansive indoor spaces, or outdoors along the terrace.

For the price of a general admission ticket ($22), museum goers will gain free access to the newest exhibition, The World Is An Apple: The Still Lifes of Paul Cezanne, a look at 23 of the artist’s most monumental works. Guests can explore the permanent gallery as well, which is home to over 2,000 masterpieces—including works by Picasso, Matisse, and Renoir, to name a few.

Tickets are available on-site, or can be reserved in advance. Admission is free for museum members. For more information, click here.

Fridays, August 8th through September 19th, 5 p.m.-9 p.m., The Barnes Foundation, 2025 Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
