AC’s Bella Condominiums Offers Buyers Deal Sweeteners

Talk about too good to be true! Bella Condominiums, a luxury residential tower in Atlantic City, is offering free smart products (car, TV, phone) to those who buy a two-bedroom condo between now and April 30th.

Bella Condos, which sits directly across from the Revel Casino Hotel, is 27 stories and contains 200 units, most of which have private balconies. Each condo features travertine flooring, full washer and dryer, a kitchen with SS appliances and European style cabinetry, plus views of the city and/or ocean.

Residents get to enjoy the perks of garage and outdoor parking (parking for visitors is separate), a massage room with on-call masseuse, and a fitness center with cardiovascular room and full circuit of strength-training machines. It’s also pet-friendly.

Along with the free smart products mentioned above, Bella Condos is adding in two years of pre-paid condo fees for home purchases prior to the April 30th deadline.
