You might remember Sonrisa, the elaborate four-bedroom estate featuring elevator, six fireplaces, a koi pond, a gym and garage parking for five. Perhaps more thrillingly, it also includes a 1950s-style diner and an Art Deco-inspired movie theater, which our writer previously said “was positively made to premiere The Great Gatsby.”

Despite its grand 14,000+ square feet and 3 acres, the sales god has not smiled upon Sonrisa since it was last listed at $10 million in May. Hence this recent price cut, which brings it down by $1,505,000 to just under $8.5 million. Let’s see if that does the trick.
