Relax Already

Unwind from wedding stress with quickie 30-minute deep-tissue massages at Terme Di Aroma in Old City. Afterward, herd the group to Juju Salon & Organics in Queen Village for nontoxic manis and pedis. Your girls can opt for simple organic treatments or get Bio Seaweed Gel polishes, which last as long as traditional gel — minus the harsh chemicals. Finish the evening with a 90-minute “Namaslay” yoga session (Friday nights only) at nearby Three Queens Yoga. The class — led by yogi Adriana Adelé to a playlist of pop divas, hip-hop and R&B artists — will leave everyone feeling more Zen than a pitcher of margaritas ever could.

Up the Pace

For a workout that’s way too fun to have the word “work” in it, hit Barre3 in Rittenhouse for a 60-minute toning, strengthening and pulsing class in a gorgeous, naturally lit studio. Next up, walk a few quick blocks to Japanese concept shop Rikumo for a matcha-tasting workshop; you’ll spend 45 minutes learning the art and history of the superfood drink using Rikumo’s proprietary blend. (Be sure to book in advance.) Finish the day with all-natural facials at Green City Beauty in Washington Square West. The caffeine-filled “Herbal Eye Zone” treatment includes a six-point massage and tea compresses to combat puffy, dark under-eye circles.

Totally Hard-Core

If your group goes hard, go with this doubleheader of a fete. Start at Solidcore Bryn Mawr with a 50-minute ab-chiseling workout on the reformer-Pilates-style machines. Once toning is complete, it’s time for the cardio party to start — book a private indoor cycling ride for your girls just down the street at Flywheel. (The 45-minute class includes a customized play-list with the bride’s favorite tunes.) Finish the night with the Frozen Bubbles Party package at nearby Cryo Myst Therapy Lounge. You’ll fend off sore muscles by stepping into the full-body cryotherapy chamber — set well below -100 degrees Fahrenheit — then rotate between collagen-boosting cryo facials, breathing in eucalyptus and ginger “flavored” oxygen for a burst of alertness and energy, and refueling with rosé and snacks.
