You can customize the colors and text on these darling pouches to fit your occasion.

If you couldn’t already tell from the many Etsy-themed posts we’ve written on the blog, we’re huge fans of all the creative wedding-related items you can purchase on the site.

Our latest find—the adorable tea bag favor pouches pictured on the left—also happens to be a local one, so we caught up with Philly-based designer Jaimee McClellan of Bushel & Peck Paper to get all the details.

Whether you’re having a tea-party bridal shower or you just want a cute and useful memento to bestow upon your guests, McClellan’s “Par-Tea Favors” are sure to be a hit. She came up with the idea five years ago while planning a “sip and see” tea party (instead of a baby shower, the mom-to-be has a party after the baby is born so that everyone can meet the new bundle of joy) for one of her clients, and since then requests for the custom favors have come in from both moms- and brides-to-be from all over the globe.

For a bridal shower, McClellan can personalize any one of her tea bag pouches—you can choose from the “Love is Brewing,” “Meant to Bee,” or Mad Hatter designs, or she’ll custom design a pouch just for you—with the couple’s name, shower or wedding date, or their save-the-date info. You can also choose from a variety of colors to have the pouches match the decor at your party. Then all you have to do is slip in your favorite tea bag and your favors are ready to go.

The pouches are sold in sets of 20, though McClellan says custom orders of any size can be created. Orders can be place through her Etsy site or by emailing McClellan directly at bushelandpeckpaper@yahoo.com.
