We just spotted on the Interwebs the cutest little touch ever for a tea-party bridal shower: these teacup cookies from Chestnut Hill’s Kitchen on Mermaid Lane!

We reached out to baker Jess Balmer who told us that these little guys are a sugar/shortbread cookie combo with royal icing, and that to get just the right cutout for slipping the heart-shaped treats onto the cup, she gets tricky with the leg portion of a reindeer-shaped cookie cutter. (These crafty people, we tell ya.)

Pricing varies depending on the size of the cookies and what details are requested for decoration, but these here would be about $2.50 a pop. To inquire, you can email Jess at kitchenonmermaid@gmail.com or send her a private message through the bakery’s Facebook page.

Do you love? We’re going to find out about other designs she does for wedding-related events, too, so stay tuned.
