Karl Lagerfeld Supports Gay Marriage in His Spring 2013 Chanel Couture Show

Today in Paris, Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld supported gay marriage via his Spring 2013 Haute Couture fashion show: He sent two brides down the runway at the same time, holding hands, and clad in a pretty frigging awesome wedding gown. (Yes, they wore the same one.)

It was a timely statement to make, as French President François Hollande is meeting with opponents of his proposal to legalize gay marriage in France on Friday of this week.
