PHOTOS: Scenes From That Nor’easter None of Us Wanted

Winter Storm Toby apparently didn’t get the memo about no more snow.

Philly would have preferred windbreaker weather over the fourth nor’easter of March. Nonetheless, here we are looking at four inches of fresh white snow in the city on Wednesday as the Phillies gear up to start their season next week down in Atlanta. Can’t make this stuff up, people.

The roads are a mess and it’s true that nobody was interested in seeing more snow until at least December. But damn if Philadelphia doesn’t look majestic in this weather. Our friend Cecily Tynan says moderate to heavy snowfall is expected to continue until about 8 or 9 p.m., when it will taper off to light snow showers.

No word as of 4 p.m. whether any schools or city offices will open on a delay tomorrow.

Had to get outside for a little, now to the bar. #gopro #philly
