Inquirer Prays for Interesting Primary; Pretends People Other Than Cory Booker Have Shot at Senate

Now that ye old cranky fox of the New Jersey Senate is retiring, the Inky’s Christie-hound Matt Katz has dutifully assembled a list of possible successors who don’t have a chance of beating Cory Booker in a primary. Including, but not limited, to: Senate President Stephen Sweeney, Assembly Speaker Sheila Oliver, State Senate Minority Leader Thomas H. Kean Jr., and Assembly Majority Leader Jon Bramnick. And since everyone on the list is a total longshot anyways, he goes ahead and lists former Rhode Island Congressman Patrick “Hates Politics but Felt Forced Into it by His Dad Teddy” Kennedy, who’s recently relocated to the Shore. Good luck, not Cory Bookers! [Inquirer]
