Tattoo Licenses in Pennsylvania?

Pennsylvania’s Auditor General Jack Wagner has sent a letter to Governor Tom Corbett asking that the stat license and regulate its 750 tattoo parlors. Wagner wants the Pennsylvania Department of Health to hold tattoo parlors to a set of uniform sanitation and safety standards. He’s suggesting that artists be required to undergo a specified amount of training and that they are able to administer CPR and first aid. [Philly.com]
