Philly Housing Market Rebounded in June Because Everyone Is Buying and Selling New Digs, You Guys


It seems like everyone has been taking hammers to piggy banks because the housing market in the eight-county Philadelphia region was up more than 11 percent in June. More houses sold for higher median prices and properties spent less time on the market in June of this year than in 2011. Though, the numbers of 2012 were still out of reach.
