Bradley Cooper Inks Development Deal With Warner Bros. People‘s Sexiest Man Alive signed a two-year development deal with Warner Bros. Cooper’s production company is named 22 & Indiana, a reference to the North Philly intersection where his father grew up. [Inquirer]

William Barnes Getting Out of Jail. The 75-year-old was cleared in the death of Officer Walter Barclay. Barnes shot an paralyzed Officer Barclay in 1966. He served time for the shooting, but was charged with murder when prosecutors say the ’66 shooting caused the complications that resulted in Barclay’s death in 2007. [Fox 29]

Western PA Billionaire Considers Bidding on Sunoco Refinery. John A. Catsimatidis owns all of the voting shares of United Refining Energy Corp. Two Arrested for Rape and Torture in Darby Borough. Police arrested two men living in an illegal boarding house in Darby Borough yesterday. Authorities say that the two men raped and tortured a 19-year-old girl. There may have been more offenders and more victims. [6 ABC]
