“Little Nicky” Scarfo’s Son Arrested
The son of former mob boss “Little Nicky” Scarfo was arrested today and is charged with heading up a scheme to defraud a financial firm in Texas out of millions of dollars. Nicodemo S. Scarfo and a dozen co-conspirators are accused of threatening the managers of FirstPlus Financial Group and forcing them to funnel money into a number of companies based in the Philadelphia area.
