Two Students Surrender After Old City Attack

A few weeks ago, a 36-year-old man was walking on Fourth Street between Walnut and Locust Streets in Old City when six teenagers randomly attacked him. Security cameras caught the mid-day attack on tape, and the police issued arrest warrants for three of the kids. Two of the teens surrendered to police this morning, and the third informed them he plans to do so this afternoon. [Inquirer]
