A photographer taps local talent for a new project
Photographer Jacques-Jean Tiziou photographs real Philadelphians for a new project that’s coming to the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts. From April 7-30, his images of local folks dancing will be projected on the side of the Kimmel Center in cooperation with the Mural Arts Project.
