Even if you’re a voracious eater, the Philadelphia restaurant scene has likely outpaced your ability to dine out. We update our 50 Best list four times a year, and sometimes that’s still not enough. That’s why we throw Philly Cooks. It’s an entire night dedicated to serious eating and drinking, where you can taste food from many of our top spots all in one place. This year’s event, with a lineup of over 40 area restaurants, includes some of the best new openings from the last year, giving you a perfect chance to hit a bunch of spots on your ever-lengthening must-eat list, all under one roof.

Kalaya, Stina, and Forysthia — some of the best restaurants to open in the last year — will cook for us, alongside some old(er) favorites like A. Kitchen, High Street on Market, and Noord. A variety of food traditions will be represented, from Dim Sum Garden cooking Hong Kong favorites, to Venezuelan bites from Puyero, to June BYOB, bringing its upscale French vibes. For the full list of participants, scroll down.

The event will take place Wednesday, February 5th from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Tickets are on sale now.
