Starting Tuesday, December 10th, Condesa, the Mexican restaurant on the ground floor of the Pod Philly Hotel will be open weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch. Also starting on Tuesday, the bar will be open for continuous service daily starting at 11:30 a.m., so you’ll be able to get your margarita fix all day long. The restaurant will not be open for lunch on weekends.

Condesa’s lunch menu is pretty similar to its dinner menu, with a heavy emphasis on the restaurant’s house-nixtamalized corn, which shows up in tamales, tortillas, and tostadas, just to name a few. Lunch specific dishes include lighter, simpler options than the dinner menu, like sopes with chicken, beans and cheese, as well as a grilled fish empanadas, soup and a grilled hen of the wood mushroom entree. Check out the full menu below. Breakfast is available from El Cafe, also within the Pod Philly hotel, in case you want to eat tacos for all three meals within the same building.
