Tria Fitler Square Expands Brunch


tria-fitler-brunch-940Tria Fitler Square began serving brunch over the summer (eggs plus Tria’s hugely popular Sunday School is a match made in day-drinking heaven) and now they’ve added Saturdays to the brunch lineup. Highlights of the brunch menu include:

  • Smoked Salmon Breakfast Sandwich, with sunny side egg, pickled tomatoes and herbed cream cheese
  • Eggs Benedict Carbonara, with pancetta, pecorino sauce, chives and cracked peppercorns
  • Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes, with bananas, ceylon cinnamon and honey crema
  • Cava Mimosa and Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice

Looking to celebrate fall? All Tria locations are currently pouring Good Life Barrel Rye Cider from New York’s Finger Lakes rgion. The cieder is made from Pippin apples, using method traditionelle and it is then aged for one year in Hudson Whiskey Manhattan Rye barrels. Try the cider with a cheese from the “stinky” section of the menu.
