This Week, It’s a Best of Matyson Tasting Menu
Now that Thanksgiving is over, the holiday season has officially begun. This means that eating large quantities of food for the sake of “holiday cheer” is not only acceptable, but encouraged by men and women alike. If “holiday cheer” feasting isn’t enough motivation, however, Matyson invites you to celebrate its ninth birthday with a Best of Matyson tasting menu.
The tasting menu, lasting November 26 to November 29 includes Matyson’s most popular dishes:
Chorizo, potatoes, piquillo, anchovy aioli
Lamb neck, dates, olives, pistachio
Butternut coconut curry, mussels, sambal
Long Island Duck Breast
Goat cheese grits, collards, coffee BBQ
Coconut Cream Pie
Macadamia crust, chocolate ganache
