Also this evening is Industry Night at Amis. Jonathan Benno, former chef de cuisine at Per Se and now executive chef of Lincoln Ristorante in New York will be joining Chef Brad Spence for an impressive spread of rigatoni with tripe, sweet bread, veal neck lasagna, stuffed pigs foot and much more.
