Today is day two of the three day long Pennsylvania Dutch Festival at the Reading Terminal Market. Today’s highlights include Amish sausage and of course doughnuts. Tomorrow the festival moves outside with Amish buggy rides and horse drawn wagon rides around the Market, a farm animal petting zoo, and live bluegrass music.

Saturday

In addition to the Garry Maddox-Stephen Starr Barbecue Challenge at Citizens Bank Park there is also Devil’s Den’s Pucker Up. Eight draft lines devoted to sour beers from Guezes to American wild ales. Elsewhere in town Nodding Head continues its Second Saturday events. This week the theme is Fun with Blondes and will feature six vastly different blonde beers.
