For the first time this season, all seven of the Eagles inactives are healthy scratches, meaning no player on the 53-man roster will be unavailable due to injury. Jordan Matthews (back), who was added to the injury report yesterday as questionable, will be active.

Thad Lewis, Jonathan Krause, Denzel Rice, Steven Means, Barrett Jones, Tanner Hawkinson and Brandon Bair are inactive. That means all four running backs — Kenjon Barner, Ryan Mathews, DeMarco Murray and Darren Sproles — will be active for the first time this season.

Cedric Thornton will likely play after missing last week’s game against the Patriots, while Krause will be sidelined after catching one pass in New England.

As for the Bills, quarterback Josh Johnson, defensive back Stephon Gilmore, running back Karlos Williams, defensive back Ron Brooks, linebacker Nigel Bradham, offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson and defensive end Lavar Edwards will be inactive.
