If you’re all beached-out from last weekend’s holiday festivities and plan on staying close to home this weekend, there’s an event at Freehouse Fitness that should totally be on your radar. This Saturday, July 14, Freehouse Fitness is hosting a fundraiser soiree all morning long to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Oh, and aside from sweating for a great cause, your morning will include discounted workouts, boozy bubbles, light bites, and giveaways to boot.

After a member of the Freehouse team was diagnosed with MS four years ago, the studio took a personal interest in the cause. This Saturday, all of the proceeds from the workouts will go to benefit the National MS Society’s efforts.

That said, the morning looks pretty amazing: from 8 to 11 a.m., Freehouse will offer 30-minute reformer and rebounding classes — which, as a refresher, are the trampoline workouts — at $10 a pop. The schedule is designed for folks who have never tried a reformer or rebounding class before and only want a 30-minute nibble. Conversely, the workouts are perfect for Freehouse studio addicts that want to pack in a morning of multiple workouts.

After, you can refuel with breakfast bites from Snap Kitchen and rehydrate with some weekend-approved Champagne sips. And before you leave, make sure to snag a thank-you gift and enter the giveaway for doing your part to raise money for the MS Society.

You can sign up for classes here, then visit Freehouse Fitness at 1430 South Street.
