MONTH-LONG CHALLENGE AT THE WALL Treat yourself to some serious studio time this month at The Wall (107 Cotton Street, Manayunk). They’re challenging folks to do 25 classes in 28 days — which sounds like a lot, but you might just be amazed by your mind and body’s abilities. This challenge will run you $175 and you should contact the studio via email (info@thewallcycling.com) to sign up and pay. And for the reward-driven folks out there, prizes will be waiting for you at the finish line. $175, all month long.

FREE BARRE3’S BIRTHDAY PARTY Calling all barre-dicts! Barre3 Rittenhouse (1500 Sansom Street) will be hosting free classes all day — five of them to be exact — plus, there will be a live deejay, tons of refreshments and some awesome giveaways. FREE BAR METHOD’S GRAND OPENING CLASSES Talk about a barre-filled weekend, are we right? Bar Method‘s Rittenhouse location (255 South 17th Street) opening at the start of the New Year, but their grand opening — which is spanning Saturday and Sunday — will be chock full of free barre classes and giveaways. FREE SANSOM STREET DONUT RUN Now that is what Saturday morning dreams are made of, are we right?! Philadelphia Runner and Federal Donuts have teamed up to create a new, fun running series on the first of every month. Don your Eagles green and meet the group at Philadelphia Runner Center City (1601 Sansom Street, Rittenhouse) for a free group run that should last about three miles, before returning to Federal Donuts for coffee and doughnuts. SUPER BOWL SUNDAY BOOTCAMP Just because our team is in the Super Bowl, doesn’t mean that CoreFitness will be skipping their Art Museum Steps Sunday morning workout! CANDY HEART BOOTCAMP This is CoreFitness’ fourth annual Candy Heart bootcamp, so you better believe it’s full of love! PAINT YOGA FLOWS Use your body to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Jen Holford will be leading this two-hour class popping up at TORC‘s Old City Studio (31 South 2nd Street). Dress in your finest all-black or all-white outfits and be ready to get down and dirty with some paint and a canvas mat — you’ll be flowing through your sequence with paint en tow. Tickets cover the cost of materials for the two-hour class. CUPID’S CHASE 5K Runners, walkers, and stroller-pushers are welcome to visit the Philadelphia Zoo for a 5k benefitting folks with disabilities. FREE FRANKLIN FIELD CLIMB CLINIC Whether you’re gearing up for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Big Climb Philly, or not, this free workout is open to all. FREE VALENTINES DAY YOGA SWEAT Fitness is known for their free pop-ups that seem to occur just about every month. This month, they’re helping Philadelphians celebrate Valentine’s Day with a nice stretch, accompanied by (or fueled by, shall we say) complimentary champagne and strawberries between vinyasa flows. Feel free to show up with your lover, partner, BFF, or stag to SWEAT’s Old City and Queen’s Village locations on the 14th at 6 p.m., or their Manayunk location at 6:30. SKATER-CISE While the lure of ice skating is definitely strongest closer to the holidays, Dilworth Park’s Rothman Ice Rink is still open and ready to be skated upon!
