Attention: There’s a Free Workout at the Art Museum on Sunday
Need some Sunday morning workout plans? Here’s an idea: Head to the Art Museum steps at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning for a free boot camp workout courtesy of CoreFitness.
The workout doubles as a promo opportunity for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Big Climb, a fitness fundraiser taking place next year on April 23rd at which 1,500 people will climb 43 stories of the Comcast Building in Center City. CoreFitness will be training Big Climb team members at locations around the city between now and April.
Sunday’s workout is open to all, whether you’re signed up for the Big Climb or not. All you need to do is show up and come ready to work. And since the forecast for Sunday will be closing in on 70 degrees (!!), you pretty much have zero excuses.
