If Yoga on the Pier’s October 31st end date has you down in the dumps, good news: It looks like Yoga on the Pier won’t be completely shutting down for the winter months this year. Eeeee! They’ve teamed up with Old City’s Fearless Athletics, which is just a short walk from Race Street Pier, to offer a free monthly class throughout the colder seasons, starting November 8th. Note: If I could end this paragraph with hands-clapping emojis, I would.

The classes, taught by Yoga on the Pier’s Malik Wilson, will be held on the second Sunday of every month from November through March. (Pssst: The February class just so happens to fall on Valentine’s Day. Cheapest date idea ever, eh?) Like Yoga on the Pier, there’s no need to sign up ahead of time — just show up with your mat at 9:30 a.m., ready to get your downward dog on.

The classes will be free, but they’re always happy for donations. And if your Sunday mornings are usually spent with your kids, you’re welcome to bring them along, too! With over 5,000 square feet of space, Fearless Athetics co-owner Jeff Liebriech says the more, the merrier.
