The folks over at Greatist just clued us in to the most genius trick: Put the guac in a container, level it out and pour water over it, then put it in the fridge. The water stops the top layer from oxidizing and turning brown, and when you’re ready to eat it, you just pour the water out and give it a good mix and voila! Green guacamole. [Greatist]
