Last week, City Fitness opened their fourth location, at 400 Walnut Street in Old City. This week, the new spot is rolling out their class schedule, and let me tell you, it’s not just regular old hot yoga at this gym: Along with hot yoga, they’ve also got hot barre, and hot Pilates —neither of which I’ve spotted on the schedules of any other studios around the city — all taught in an Infrared-heated studio. And this week, to kick things off, all classes on the schedule are free. Hot-workout fans, rejoice!

The hot classes — Infrared Hot Vinyasa, Barre Burn and PyroPilates — are all an hour long and heated to around 95 degrees. And for folks who prefer their workouts room temperature, they’ve also got Yoga Sculpt, Yoga Sport, Art of the Inversion, Barre Basics and TRX Sculpt on the roster.

All classes this week, 14 total, are free and open to everyone. And there’s no limit to how many you can take — so if you want to try out hot barre and hot Pilates, go for it! The classes are first-come, first served and max out at 20 people, so you might want to arrive a bit ahead of time to secure your spot. You can check out the full schedule here.
