If you’re a fan of organic meals that don’t break the calorie bank (Um, who isn’t?), get ready to jump with joy: The beloved all-organic spot Fuel, which currently has locations in Center City and South Philly, is opening a new outpost in Ardmore on Friday.

Like both of the existing locations, the menu will be 100 percent organic, with an emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients—some of which come from their own greenhouse. And nearly everything on the menu will be under 500 calories.

Oh—and did I mention the juice bar? Like the current locations, the new spot will boast a lengthy list of fresh juices and smoothies that will put the Tropicana orange juice in your fridge to shame. Plus, for all the gluten-free folks out there, the restaurant offers gluten-free modifications for everything (yes: everything) on their menu. Sounds like the perfect place to refuel (pun totally intended) after a workout, right?

The new location, at 5 West Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore, will open its doors this Friday, the 30th, at 11 a.m.
