Yes, yes, it’s National Chocolate Day. It’s all my Facebook friends are talking about.

While I’m not a huge chocoholic (Have a fruity pie? I’ll go to town on that jawn.), I’m sure more than a few of you are. Our Be Well Philly recipe czars certainly know what’s up when it come to chocolate. They’ve whipped up some pretty spectacular—and healthy(ish)—chocolate creations that even this non-choco can get behind.

Here, three of our most insanely delicious chocolate recipes ever. Go. Celebrate.

100-Calorie Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies
The best breakfast is dessert for breakfast, am I right? These cookies have other perks, too: They’re portable, pre-portioned and enough of a treat that you’ll find yourself looking forward to it (some incentive for you chronic breakfast-skippers). They’re also perfect for early morning runners or those who like to hit snooze too many times; just freeze the cookies in bags of two and pull a bag out the night before to thaw.

Bittersweet Salted Coconut-Almond Bark
A dessert that you seriously couldn’t screw up if you tried. Here’s what it involves: melting chocolate, spreading it on a sheet, and topping it with whatever you want. Easy as pie (except this recipe is actually easy, whereas pie is not).

Gluten-Free Fluffernutter-Chocolate Cupcakes (with Quinoa!)
This recipe is for the gluten-free eaters who are on the hunt for a seriously tasty, seriously moist, out-of-this-world chocolate cupcake recipe—because that’s exactly what this is.
