BeWOW: Best Sprint Workout Ever

Go ahead—sprint your heart out.

Congratulations to everyone who completed the Six-Week Challenge! I hope you all saw some big changes because of your hard work. Now it’s time to keep the momentum going. Here’s a great sprint workout to try this week. You’ll work in pairs of sprint-and-recovery intervals, completing the first pair once, the second one twice, the third one three times, and so on. You can do this workout outside, on the treadmill, or on an elliptical or bike. Good luck!

BeWOW: Best Sprint Workout Ever

1 minute sprint : 1 minute recovery

50 second sprint : 50 second recovery x 2 (In other words, do this twice)

40 second sprint : 40 second recovery x 3

30 second sprint : 30 second recovery x 4

20 second sprint : 20 second recovery x 5

30 second sprint : 30 second recovery x 4

40 second sprint : 40 second recovery x 3

50 second sprint : 50 second recovery x 2

1 minute sprint : 1 minute recovery
